Adult Baptism

Has your faith grown up with you? If you are an adult who has never been Baptized or Confirmed, the OCIA will help you grow and mature in your spiritual life, find a deeper connection to God and discover the deepest truths about who you are. The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is the process established for individuals to become Catholic and receive the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist. Through the OCIA, adults begin a new spiritual journey with other adults who are seeking to complete the sacraments of initiation and become fully received into the Catholic Church and welcomed into our parish community.  For many, this dynamic spiritual journey is a transforming process of faith formation that is focused on forming a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, study, personal reflection, and instruction on what the Catholic Church believes and teaches. While, most often, the sacraments of initiation are received during the Easter Season, adults can enter into and begin the OCIA process at any time of the year.
