  Our family based faith formation program is for families registered in our parish with children in grades 1 to 8. Our program is designed to be a learning experience for both children and their parents (and sometimes grandparents)! We recognize the calling and responsibility of parents as primary educators and role models to their children. The program is here to assist parents in passing on our faith to their children. Every family is a mini-church - a domestic church. And home is the place where children receive the first proclamation of the faith. For this reason the family home is rightly called "the domestic church," a community of grace and prayer, a school of human virtues and of Christian charity.

  Children are expected to be enrolled continuously from Grade 1-Confirmation in Grade 8.
  
  In order to register for Religious Education classes, the family should be registered as parishioners of Holy Spirit Parish. If not, please complete the Parish Registration prior to completing the Faith Formation Registration form. Thank you!
  
  If you are new to our parish Religious Education Program, we ask that you provide a copy of each child's Baptismal Certificate and record of any previous faith formation documentation at another parish (if applicable). Certificate copies and records It can be dropped off at the Parish Office or scanned and emailed to [email protected].
